What to put in the contents list before an application audit

When you request a review, a clean contents list saves a day of email. It also shows whether the finance approval application is ready enough to audit.

Suggested order

  1. Cover narrative (latest draft)
  2. Facility term summary
  3. Borrower corporate documents
  4. Guarantor packs (if any)
  5. Financial statements and schedules
  6. Collateral extracts and valuations
  7. Insurance certificates
  8. Material contracts cited in the narrative
  9. Prior facility correspondence you intend to include

Mark what is still draft

Use a simple label in the filename or a one-page cover sheet. We treat marked drafts more gently than pages presented as final.

One archive, one version

Send a single dated folder or PDF. Parallel “final_v7” and “final_REAL” packs force us to guess which story you mean — and guesses do not belong in an application audit.
