Wise Platform (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit wiseplatform.digital or engage us for an application audit of a finance approval file.

Data we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, optional audit type, preferred start week, and message content
- Engagement data: documents and personal data contained in files you send for review (borrower, guarantor, and related individuals as included by you)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic server logs needed to operate the site
- Cookie data: as described in our Cookie Policy
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted audits, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations under South Korean law.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, consent where required for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement files are retained for seven years after engagement close, unless a different period is agreed in writing. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with secure hosting and email providers acting as processors, professional advisors under confidentiality, or authorities when required by law.
International transfers
If processors store data outside South Korea, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, including contractual safeguards, to protect the transfer.
Your rights
Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact hello@wiseplatform.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) or other competent authority.
Security
We apply access controls, encrypted transfer where available, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers in the first contact form.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Changes
We will post updates to this Policy with a revised date. Material changes to engagement handling will be communicated to active clients where appropriate.
