Audit engagement

Full File Audit

A complete reading of your finance approval application — cover narrative through supporting schedules — with a ranked findings note before submission.

For: Owners, CFOs, and finance managers preparing a bank, leasing, or institutional credit submission · Duration: 5–8 business days typical · Fee basis: Fixed fee by file complexity · Where: Seoul office review or secure document exchange

Who this is for

Companies and professional practices assembling a finance approval application for a Korean bank, leasing company, or credit committee. You already have a draft package — or a near-final one — and want an independent reader to stress-test it before it is lodged.

Result you receive

A written application audit note that walks section by section through the file: where the story is clear, where figures disagree, which attachments are thin, and which questions a conservative credit officer is likely to ask. You keep ownership of every decision; we do not rewrite the package unless you separately commission that work.

What is included

  • Intake call (up to 45 minutes) to confirm facility type, lender stage, and known weak spots
  • Full reading of the approval narrative, financial schedules, guarantor materials, and core appendices you provide
  • Cross-check of internal consistency (dates, entity names, amounts, collateral descriptions)
  • Ranked findings list with suggested remedies phrased for your internal team
  • One 60-minute debrief by phone or in our Gangnam meeting room

What is excluded

  • Formal credit opinions addressed to lenders
  • Accounting attestation or statutory audit
  • Negotiation with the bank on your behalf
  • Translation of Korean or English source documents beyond brief clarification notes
  • Unlimited revision rounds after the debrief

How the work runs

  1. Scope confirmation — You send a contents list and the draft file under NDA. We confirm fee and calendar.
  2. Quiet reading — Two practitioners read the package independently, then reconcile findings.
  3. Audit note — You receive a structured note within the agreed window.
  4. Debrief — We walk through priority fixes and what can wait until a follow-up round.

Preparation

Provide a single ordered PDF or folder with a table of contents, the latest financials you intend to submit, guarantor packs if any, and collateral extracts. Flag any sections still in draft so we do not treat placeholders as final claims.

Constraints

We audit the application you supply; we cannot invent missing source documents. If the file is incomplete beyond a workable draft, we pause and re-scope rather than issue a thin note.

Fee basis

Fixed fee based on page count, number of obligors, and collateral complexity. See Fees for starting ranges. A written quote precedes any work.
