These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the website wiseplatform.digital and professional engagements with Wise Platform (“we,” “us”), operating from 427 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06159, South Korea.

Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning an application audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services

We provide independent application audits and related document review for finance approval applications. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a written quote or engagement letter. Website fee ranges are informational only and do not constitute an offer.

Not legal, accounting, or credit advice

Our work does not constitute legal advice, statutory audit, accounting attestation, or a credit decision. We do not guarantee that any lender, lessor, or committee will approve a facility.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that materials you supply are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share them. You remain responsible for final submission content and for decisions made after receiving our audit note.

Intellectual property

Website content is owned by Wise Platform or its licensors. Audit notes are licensed to you for internal use in connection with the reviewed application. You may not resell our notes as a product or present them as a lender-addressed opinion without our written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat client files as confidential and limit access to the engagement team, except where disclosure is required by law or with your permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost financing opportunities, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
